Are the items shown on your website in stock?
Although we strive for a 100% order fulfillment rate it is nearly impossible for us to have each and every part in stock. If a part on your order is not in stock we will expedite it from one of our warehouses throughout the U.S which can take 4-7 additional days of order processing time before shipping.

 

When will it ship? When will I get it?
Typical order processing time is 24 to 48 hours regardless of the shipping method chosen. Please note: this time excludes weekends and holidays. If an item is on backorder with no ETA or beyond 7 business days you will be advised with the option of omitting this item from your order or cancelling your order entirely. Once the order is fully processed it will be shipped via the method you selected. When a package is in transit, shipping times do not include weekends. We are not responsible for the delivery time of the package due to carrier delays. All orders are shipped complete from our location in Huntington, NY.

 

Damaged or Missing shipments
Once you receive your order please inspect it's contents carefully within 24hrs. If there are any parts missing or damaged please contact us immediatly at Sales@VolvoDealerParts.com with your order number. Should any damage have occured during shipment we will work with the courier to resolve the issue all we ask is that you remain patient during this process.

 

Pricing/Data errors
This catalog is maintained by a third party company and may be subject to errors within data and pricing. We are not responsible for these errors but will work with our customers for a fair resolution should any such sititaion arise.

 

What warranty do your parts carry?
All parts we sell carry a one year warranty from Volvo from the date you receive the item. This warranty is honored by any North American Volvo dealer or directly with us. A warranty exchange requires the part to be sent back to us at your cost before a replacement can be sent. The manufactures warranty does not cover shipping/transportation charges.

 

What if I refuse my shipment?
Any and all shipping charges incurred while attempting to deliver your order will be deducted from your refund once the order is returned to us.

 

Refunds & Returns
Please contact us by email to arrange all returns. All unused parts that are returned within their original packaging are eligible for a refund. Special order items are subject to a 15% manufacturer return fee. If you are uncertain if an item on your order has been special ordered for you please contact us first before sending it back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used on your order and are processed within 48hrs of returned parts.
